Join us for an afternoon of organic sourdough making! This workshop is perfect for beginners as well as those who've worked with sourdough and want to brush up on their skills or learn new tips.
In this 2.5 hour hands-on class, you will learn how to care for sourdough starter and explore all the steps necessary to making beautiful and delicious sourdough bread at home. You will take home a jar of starter, an easy-to-follow sourdough recipe and the dough you make in class to bake the next day. There's nothing better than fresh sourdough!
**IMPORTANT** PLEASE BRING A MIXING BOWL WITH YOU (medium to large size). You will make your dough and take it home in it. We will supply everything else you need!
Cancellations for workshops with perishable goods, such as this workshop, will not be added to a Waitlist. Instead, you will have the option to pick up your supplies at Studio 223 to create at home as a Take and Make Kit. This is because all perishables are created prior to the workshop.
